We are aiming to become the industry standard for student housing in Europe. To achieve this, we are looking for a Business Development person that can help us develop and maintain business relationships with Europe’s top student housing players.

What will you be doing
👉🏻 To plan, execute and track the full sales cycle between us and student housing managers.
👉🏻 Find and develop new opportunities in emerging markets: you will always be in the search for rising student destinations with top-class accommodation to capture.
👉🏻 Periodic customer checkpoints and follow-ups. You will be the link between property managers and Buscoresi. Deal with their problems and needs as they arise. Find and develop product and operational opportunities from partner feedback.
👉🏻 Analysis and forecasting on market expansion and business metric trends, always in touch with a solid business plan.

👉🏻 You have previously founded a startup or a personal project, or you have worked in a small startup before.

How does this work
The hiring process will take at most 2 weeks from the moment you apply. We will be fully transparent throughout the process, and we will keep you informed at every step (no ghosting).
1️⃣ An online interview (30 min) with the founding team to know you better and find culture fit.
2️⃣ An in person interview (60 min), where we will assess and test your skills and present you a real life work challenge to solve.
3️⃣ If we decide to move on with you, we will call you to tell you the offer and we will arrange one last meeting to sort out the details.
